I am a pastor of a Southern Baptist church in rural Southeast Missouri. I believe that God is absolutely sovereign, meaning that He is in complete and total control of all of His creation. His love has been displayed in many ways, but mainly through the death and resurrection of His only Son, Jesus Christ. Through faith in Jesus, you can know God, His forgiveness for your sin, and enjoy Him forever. We have been created to glorify Him. Are you living your life for Him?

What a wonderful opportunity to share your love for the Lord and to tell others what He is teaching you. Father God gives us faith when we give our life to Christ and for the true believer, He gives us spiritual discernment of His Word. Jesus told us that He is the Way, the Truth and the Life and that His Word is living. What joy to be able to read it and know He is revealing more and more of Himself to us individually; as well as when we take His Word through our Pastor’s messages and apply it to our daily lives. I rejoice with you and cry out Hallellujah to His glorious Name!
